By accessing this website, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Use of the website
You may browse and use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape, mirror, or systematically download content; introduce malicious code; or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — articles, photographs, graphics, e-book text and design, branding, and the name “Gabriela Atelier” — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell it without our prior written permission. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back are permitted.
5. Digital products — licence
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the file for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: resell, sublicense, or distribute the file; upload it to file-sharing services, cloud drives shared with others, or any platform; remove watermarks or copyright notices; use it as material in your own paid courses, coaching, or services; or use it to train machine learning models.
Breach of this licence terminates it immediately and may result in revocation of access and legal action.
6. Orders, contract formation, and delivery
- Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
- Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via download link and/or email.
- If you do not receive your file, check your spam folder and then contact hello@gabrielaatelier.com.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and refund it in full, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.
7. Prices, currency, and taxes
- Prices are displayed in USD / EUR.
- VAT: where we are required to charge value added tax, goods and services tax, or equivalent, the applicable rate is determined by your country of residence and is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
- You are responsible for any bank, card, or currency conversion fees your provider charges.
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Affiliate links and sponsored content
Some blog posts and product recommendations may contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We disclose this clearly and conspicuously on any page containing such links. We only recommend products we genuinely believe in. This disclosure is made in accordance with the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules elsewhere.

13. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Our website is hosted in the United States. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@gabrielaatelier.com including: identification of the work, identification of the infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the notice is accurate made under penalty of perjury, and your signature. We will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
However, if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
19. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
Please contact us first at hello@gabrielaatelier.com — we aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and resolve them within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we do not commit to using an alternative dispute resolution body. EU consumers can find national dispute-resolution entities via the European Commission’s consumer redress pages and can contact their national European Consumer Centre for help with cross-border disputes.
20. General
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours on notice.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Changes: we may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
